Fiona started baking as soon as she could hold a measuring cup, aided and abetted by her parents and four siblings.

 

She always loved pie.

It was so versatile — it could be sweet or savory, light or rich.

Anything could be a pie, and pie could be anything.

In 2019, Fiona founded Pie’s The Limit to share her love of pie with Syracuse.

A year later, she was invited to join Salt City Market.
